Inclusion, education and perspective.

What do you think it will take to develop truly diverse thinking within the legal industry?

I am convinced that it is essential to educate the legal industry about the advantages of diverse thinking in order to achieve improved access to justice and equity within the industry.

What was your main driver to enter the legal industry?

To challenge not only myself but also my preconceived ideas about others.
