Without mentioning your job title, how would you describe what it is you do now (whether at home, work, in the community, etc.)?

Whether it be advising clients, spending time with family or friends, or helping out at the kids' school, I'd like to think that every day I am contributing something positive to the world and making someone's life better, even in a small way!

What are the first three words you think of when you hear the word ‘diversity’?

Growth, enrich, individualism

What do you think it will take to develop truly diverse thinking within the legal industry?

Encouraging and supporting vulnerability in the workplace so that lawyers feel comfortable sharing their lived experiences, the struggles and the wins so that we can all grow, learn and gain perspective through each other's differences.

What was your main driver to enter the legal industry?

I loved the thought of being able to solve problems every day!
