Learn, enhance, enrich.

What do you think it will take to develop truly diverse thinking within the legal industry?

Willingness of senior leaders to speak out honestly on discrimination and unconscious bias, including their own.

What was your main driver to enter the legal industry?

I loved debating and mock trials at high school, and was interested in the mechanisms of governance.
